Teleconference on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

 

Sorry to be so late with this but it just came out.  If you

cannot participate in the teleconference, you will want to review

the FAQ and the revised instructions.

Dear Stakeholder,

 

 

 

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites you to

participate in a teleconference on Thursday, Feb. 12, from 3 to

3:30 p.m.(Eastern) to discuss the expansion of DACA, one of

President Obama’s recently announced executive

actions<http://www.uscis.gov/immigrationaction> on immigration.

 

 

 

Anyone who came to the United States before their sixteenth

birthday and who has been present in the U.S. since Jan. 1, 2010

may request expanded DACA. Expanded DACA will go into effect on

Feb. 18, 2015.

 

 

 

To help people prepare, USCIS published frequently asked

officials will provide an overview of the frequently asked
